On-site mac desktop support is one of our signature capabilities, with a focus on the support of OS X. We provide desktop support to over 200 companies including commercial business, SOHO clients and single users in the Los Angeles area.
We can provide service on a daily, weekly, monthly or call us when you need us basis. Support plans can be tailored to meet your frequency and budgetary needs. We also offer support services for single events, tradeshows, presentations, concerts, and live TV broadcasts. As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we can provide AppleCare service at your location at no charge for eligible computer systems (requires AppleCare coverage for equipment being serviced & specific onsite coverage from Apple; contact us for details).
Our consultants are top of the line and work with numerous desktop problems on a daily basis. We do not employ PC Consultants who try to do Macintosh work (though we do contract out to Windows specialists for our clients who need it).
